Mounting options for Maniflex manipulators
Maniflex can be installed in different configurations depending on the layout requirements of the operating area.

Standard bracket
Standard unclamping system with bracket anchored to the floor by chemical or mechanical anchors, thus ensuring safety and stability of the manipulator in every operational phase.
Baseplate
Baseplate mounted not fixed to the ground, sized and weighted in proportion to the manipulator in use, to still guarantee the necessary stability and safety.

Baseplate mounted not fixed to the ground, sized and weighted in proportion to the manipulator in use, to still guarantee the necessary stability and safety. It can be moved with a pallet truck or forklift.
Trolley system
Floor-mounted rails
Trolley system mounted on floor rails that allows to significantly expand the work area during the load handling phase. This system offers the same stability and safety as a base fixed to the floor. It is possible to provide a raised floor to hide the rails and reduce their footprint.
Wall bracket
Mounting system consisting of a fixed bracket anchored to the wall, without column, to free the area below from interference with the columns. The system is custom-made, sized and adapted to specific needs.
Ceiling bracket
Mounting system consisting of a fixed bracket anchored to the ceiling, without a load-bearing column to keep the area below free from interference. The system is custom made, sized and adapted to specific needs.
Trolley system
Ceiling-mounted rails
Manipulator support system with trolley on tracks installed on the ceiling, this solution allows you to create work areas without the limitations of a fixed system and the possibility of expanding the operating area. Possibility of operating along a horizontal axis, or on two horizontal axes perpendicular to each other. Each system is designed and sized to solve specific production needs.
